With my tailored one-to-one ‘Tired Cub’ sleep package, you will fill out a sleep diary for your little one to help me build your personalised sleep plan. We will then have a consultation where we will discuss your situation and goals further, and I will take you through my solution! Once you’re ready to start the plan you will also have my support for three weeks to walk you through each step to reach your goals. You can see a breakdown of what’s included in the package below.

The Process:
Everything starts with the Discovery call! We will have a quick chat for me to understand your challenges and goals, then I’ll tell you a little about myself and walk you through my packages. If you’re happy to proceed, once payment has been made I would send you a sleep diary for you to populate for 3 days/nights, and we would schedule a consultation call to discuss my observations and for me to discuss the sleep plan. I would then send you a copy of the sleep plan, and we would setup a whatsapp group for our communication throughout the support period. I will be checking-in via messages every few days, and you of course can message as often as you like during this time. We will then schedule our first check-in call at the end of weeks 1 and 2, to see how you’re getting on. These can be rescheduled if you want to speak to me sooner, or delayed if you don’t feel you need a check-in just yet. At the end of it, you’ll have a little cub who will put themselves to sleep when they are tired, and a mumma and pappa bear who have their evenings (and good night sleep) back!
What can you expect once you go through one of my sleep plans?
Get your evenings back - put your little one in their cot and they will fall asleep shortly after your kiss goodnight
Mum or dad (or any other caregiver) can put the little one to sleep - It doesn’t always have to be the same person

My little boy was never a great sleeper, and I had resigned myself to be in it for the longhaul, thinking it would eventually get better. He needed a dummy to get to sleep, and at it’s worst he was waking every 10-15mins for me to put it back in. I was broken and needed change- quick.
